City Photography

I'm not a travel photographer. I don't set out to take the most amazing pictures of the sites that everybody wants to see. It's probably why you'll never see my work in The Lonely Planet. But what I love is photographing things that evoke a memory or an emotion in me.

Every photo you see here, no matter where in the world it was taken, at the very moment I took it, I felt something. It may have resulted in a great picture, oftentimes it didn't - but that doesn't matter to me. It doesn't matter because each photograph is like a little secret waiting to be told. It's why photography is such a magical art form. Every photograph can be interpreted a thousand ways and can mean as much to someone you have never met than it does to yourself.
